Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote / On-site) - Greece

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialists fluent in English along with one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Portuguese. In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English.

- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to escalate complex cases.

Requirements:

- Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese.

- Professional working proficiency B2 in English.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools.

- Previous experience in customer support or call center operations is a plus, but not required.

- Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
