Data Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading automobile manufacturer, is recruiting for a Data Operations Specialist to join their business in Italy.

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the regular operation and maintenance of the Telematics Service Platform in the EU region, including vehicle data management, vehicle binding/unbinding, user information query and permission configuration, ensuring data processing complies with GDPR requirements.
  

• Handle connected vehicle issues from the after-sales team, conduct preliminary investigation and analysis, and pass the issues to other relevant teams when needed.
  

• Research mainstream connected vehicle apps in the EU market on overall design, user experience, and user feedback, to provide assistance to company App optimization.
  

• Research the connected vehicle payment solution and renewal mechanisms of other OEMs in the EU region, to provide assistance and reference to company App payment solution.
  

• Manage Telematics Service Platform account permissions and operation logs to ensure system operation is traceable and meets audit requirements.
  

• Responsible for the contract management with the connected vehicle cloud service provider and Telecom operator, to ensure the stability of connected vehicle services.
  

Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor's degree - Computer-related major
  

• Work experience: 3-5 years 
  

• Business experience: Possessing the ability and professional knowledge to operate and manage data databases; having good communication skills and a sense of service
  

• Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Italian
  

• Open to travel to various subsidiaries in Europe based on the project implementation situation; Frequency and duration of dispatch: 2 times per year, expected to be a total of 1 month.
