Job Description

Incident/Problem Specialist help the Incident/Problem Expert in the management of incident and problem, regarding IT infrastructures or applications. She/He ensures that the Incident/Problem resolution is performed with respect of time and budget during all the phases.

Main purpose of the role is to support the Incident/Problem Team to manage day by day and routine activities, dealing with first level Incident and Problem while performing the best reporting for the management

Key Responsibilities

• Identification, categorization, driving fixing and logging of the Incident/Problem(application and infra)
• Identification and  managing the resources required to manage the Incident/Problem
• Monitor and control the work progress managing and promptly pointing out delays and priorities
• Support in investigating the root cause and its resolution
• Prepare periodic reporting in order to align and update the management with relevant information
• Keep manuals, procedures and processes documentation up to date
• Perform application analysis
• Manage war room during major incident in and outside business hours

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in the same role in a 24/7 environment preferably within banking sector
• Proven experience in dealing with end-to-end incident management process
• Excellent knowledge of digital channels
• Good knowledge of IT Technologies
• Good knowledge of financial industry
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent manage of database
