In this role, you will leverage your industrial expertise to monitor and analyze machine behavior, support customers remotely, and actively contribute to the evolution of our digital service offerings.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and performance optimization
- Analyze critical incidents and identify root causes to improve machine reliability
- Translate machine and process expertise into scalable digital solutions (monitoring concepts, diagnostic logic, data-driven features)
- Contribute to digital product improvement through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with service engineers, product teams, and data specialists
- Develop best practices (troubleshooting, diagnostics, knowledge base) to scale expertise
- Support internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
- Several years of hands-on experience in industrial service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance of complex machinery
- Strong understanding of machine behavior, failure modes, and customer operations in industrial environments, with the ability to analyze technical issues holistically and identify root causes
- Experience in interpreting machine data, operational parameters, and system behavior, combined with the ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical documentation and drawings
- Experience with high-pressure process equipment such as homogenizers is a strong advantage
- Affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and remote service environments, with willingness to learn monitoring platforms and data-driven diagnostics
- Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and operational insights into actionable improvements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across service, engineering, data, and product teams and convey technical findings effectively
- Proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a focus on scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes
- Willingness to travel (~20–30%) for on-site analysis and knowledge exchange
- Fluent in Italian and good English; German is a plus
The position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
The indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €35,000 and €50,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment.
The overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
