Driver/Support to General Services


VisLab. is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Driver/Support to General Services. This role involves providing essential transportation services for company personnel and materials, as well as offering valuable support to our general services department to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
* Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure the cleanliness and good working order of company vehicles.
* Assist with various general services tasks, including but not limited to:
* Moving and setting up furniture or equipment.
* Delivering and collecting mail or packages internally and externally.
* Assisting with minor repairs or maintenance within the office environment.
* Supporting office administration with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
* Ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and prepared for use.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding schedules, deliveries, and general service needs.
* Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
* Demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
* Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
