ELI - In Service Product Performance Specialist

Job Description:

 Main responsibilities:

• Perform on-demand product performance (i.e. reliability, availability, fleet evolution) analyses, including the management of the activities' requirements and the redaction of the final report

• Support, through dedicated analyses, the main PSE functions involved in the implementation of the In Service Product Improvement process and other corporate initiatives resulting from the technical committees

• Manage, as part of PSE function, the development of product maturity initiatives, such as obsolescence analysis and implementation of dedicated streams with Suppliers to evaluate product performance improvement process

• Support the Company process aimed to monitor and improve product competitiveness through the identification of dedicated performance parameters.

• Identify new digital tools and functionalities which can provide added value within the current PSE processes and manage their development in coordination with the other stakeholders involved.

Skills

• Big data analysis capabilities;

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering (preferably aeronautical)

• Expertise in reliability and availability analysis, with the capability to perform a critical review of the main results;

• Knowledge of programming tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI, Python);
