Purpose of the Job

      ▪ Technical support for Troubleshooting in order to ensure maximum train availability

      ▪ Technical support for Reliability Growth through investigations and data collection

• Support Team Troubleshooter for activities on trains.


• Support field investigations, in according to fleet planning, on complex issues and report to Control Room System Engineer.


• Support engineering for troubleshooting guides improvement (SOS/RGL Validation) and software validation


• Propose new depot tool to improve troubleshooting efficiency


• Troubleshooting activity and function tests after Overhaul’s maintenance


• Support Team Troubleshooter for activities


• Supports maintenance with external interventions for the recovery of trains and breakdowns in commercial service.
