We are currently looking for a HR Operations Associate Central & East Europe to join our People Services team, part of our HR Division based in Milan, Italy. 




 




By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in our company’s effort to provide efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of standardized processes, including onboarding, work data changes, terminations, contract management, and employee requests. You’ll maintain HR data integrity and accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.  




 


 




Your role will encompass: 






  • Provide end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, contract management, leave administration, and offboarding in SAP Success Factors platform. 








  • Collaborate with employees and managers to support employee lifecycle processes, resolve HR queries, and ensure timely case resolution in line with SLAs.  








  • Oversee Employee Lifecycle processes for the countries of responsibility, including cases resolution in SAP Success Factors (Tier 1 escalations), HRIS and ticketing system management, knowledge base maintenance, self-service enablement, and SOP governance. 








  • Ensure accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data integrity through regular audits while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor laws.  








  • Oversee the preparation of HR documentation, including contracts, employment letters, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.  








  • Work with HR teams to generate standard reports, monitor service performance, and support quality assurance through SLA, case volume, and data accuracy reporting.  








  • Support compliant onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration processes by identifying and addressing process gaps to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. 








 




 




What you bring to the role: 






  • 2+ years of experience in HR-related roles 








  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools ideally SAP Success Factors, with the ability to confidently manage employee data, navigate HRIS platforms, and utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve employee queries efficiently. 








  • A strong customer-service mindset, delivering high-quality HR support and ensuring employees receive timely, accurate, and helpful assistance while fostering a positive employee experience. 








  • Excellent data management and reporting capabilities, maintaining accurate employee records and producing meaningful HR reports to support operational and business needs. 








  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and record keeping, ensuring employee files and records are maintained accurately, securely, and in compliance with organizational and legal requirements. 








  • A solid understanding of fundamental employment and labor law principles, including contract types, working time regulations, leave entitlements, and other key employment-related requirements. 








  • Experience in working in multinational matrix environments and leading cross countries teams. 








  • Excellent knowledge of English language at Proficiency level. 








  • International Experience will be highly appreciated.
