Invoicing Specialist

About the Role:

We are happy to share that we are looking for a talented candidate to join our Finance team as Invoicing Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of master data for operations customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

The position includes the creation of orders for services, rentals, assets, and gift sales, as well as the ongoing maintenance of material master data.

The role also involves the creation and supervision of intercompany contracts and the posting of accruals in support of month-end and year-end closing activities. Additional day-to-day operational tasks are carried out based on evolving business needs, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.

About You:

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Management and demonstrates a dynamic and proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential to manage operational complexity and ensure data reliability.

Strong IT skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as working knowledge of SAP.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication in an international business environment.
