Lawyer - Tax, Transfer Pricing

We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer to join our Transfer Pricing group within the Tax Department in Milan. If you’re an ambitious Lawyer with experience in international tax and transfer pricing matters, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. 

Main duties and responsibilities

You will provide assistance in:

• transfer pricing advisory activities (e.g. structuring of transfer pricing policies in relation to different types of transactions across different business sectors, the preparation of related documentation and supporting analyses, including economic analyses and the benchmarking of intercompany financial transactions, profit attribution to permanent establishments


• transfer pricing risk prevention/management activities (e.g. ICAP, unilateral and multilateral APAs, MAPs, Tax Audits).You will also advise clients on international taxation, and tax risk compliance

About you

• Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar


• We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 3 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role


• Previous experience in international tax and transfer pricing matters


• Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English


• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines


• Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude


• Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence


• Open to changing environment which requires daily learning
