JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate logistics and transport data across ERP and warehouse management systems.


• Prepare and process shipping, transport and customs-related documentation to support inbound and outbound operations.


• Create and manage invoices, pro-forma invoices and associated commercial documentation.


• Support warehouse and distribution activities by coordinating documentation for dispatches, returns and inventory-related processes.


• Monitor logistics administration processes, identify discrepancies and help resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.


• Partner with the Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to ensure efficient, compliant and timely movement of goods across the supply chain. 

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain administration or a related operational environment.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.


• Comfortable working with business systems and managing data across multiple platforms.


• Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.


• Proactive, organised and focused on delivering high-quality support to both operational and customer needs.
