Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist

Fix Term Contract

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team in Italy.

In this role, you will support consumer marketing activities, portfolio maintenance, and commercial back-office operations. You will be a key point of contact for keeping owned digital properties, product catalogues, technical sheets, and marketing materials up to date for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in developing packaging graphics in line with brand guidelines and assist with managing approval workflows.


• Create and update domestic and export websites.

NICoordinate consumer service activities and manage agency workflows.

• Maintain product catalogues, including product pictures, technical sheets, and related materials.


• Support Sales Force requests, including trade artworks and customer-facing materials.


• Create and update product technical sheets for customers.


• Manage the flow and validation of new purchase orders.


• Provide support for commercial back-office activities.


• Support customers through the Immagino tool.


• Prepare product samples and coordinate courier shipments.


• Collaborate with eCommerce and digital platforms.


• Support the organization of domestic and export fairs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related field.


• Professional experience, ideally within Food or FMCG.


• Marketing and commercial understanding.


• Medium-level English communication and comprehension skills.


• Fast learning ability and a strong teamwork approach.


• Familiarity with standard software and tools for document creation, data analysis, and presentations.


• Determined and objective-driven.


• Strong project management mindset.


• Collaborative and proactive approach.


• Customer-oriented mindset.


• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Compensation: starting from € 26 040  per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
