Master Data Business Process Expert - Vendor/Customer

Master Data Business Process Expert – Vendor/Customer 

Area of responsibility:

• Ensure the successful implementation of the process within the Vendor Master Data domain.


• Drive implementation of the projects related to Master Data.


• Promote best data management practices and identify opportunities for process improvement.


• Adapt tasks as needed to support business and project requirements

Specific tasks:

• Standardizes and optimizes Vendor Master Data processes


• Drives implementation of new solutions supporting process


• Identify areas for improvements within Master Data; prepares, executes and facilitate process improvements identification cycle


• Prepares and conducts process trainings for stakeholders


• Tracks, monitors and analyses Process  KPIs


• Cooperates with Business Services on identifying and eliminating root cause of possible issues


• Identifies process and controls gaps


• Maintain and update the process documentation library, standard operating procedures, and training materials


• Experience on customers, and S/4 Hana

We are looking for:
 

• Strong understanding of MD processes and implications of Master Data standards across operational processes and reporting


• Strong communication skills


• Understanding of MD governance principles


• Previous experience in digital transformations and mapping of processes


• Understanding of data quality metrics and data quality management


• Knowledge of SAP and Master Data platforms required


• Demonstrated ability to work independently to hit tight deadlines and take initiatives on multiple projects


• Analytical and problem solving skills


• Fluent spoken and written English
