Descrizione Lavoro - MBA FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM - Italian admission

We are actively seeking recent graduates and ambitious young professionals who meet the following key qualifications:

Master's degree in a STEM discipline + Business/Economics or similar.
Full marks in the degree, with the Master's grade equal to or greater than 105/110 (or equivalent for candidates from foreign universities).
Demonstrate, during the selection process, English proficiency at a minimum level of B2 - European Framework. While language certifications are not mandatory, they are considered a plus.
0 to 3 years of work experience at the time of application. Only full-time positions are considered, excluding, for example, Ph.D. years and any internships/project contracts.
At least one relevant international experience (study, work, volunteering, etc.).
Demonstrate specific soft skills (e.g., leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, persuasion, etc.) through academic or work experiences.

Learning through Action: an MBA of 10 months wherein a part of it is spent in classes between Turin, Paris, Munich, and Geneva and the rest in partner companies for action learning.
Completely Sponsored: the CDI MBA has no application/admission or other fees. The program includes all the lessons, courses, masterclasses, CDI staff support, travel, and accommodations outside Turin to the other CDI locations (Paris and Munich). In addition, participants will receive a scholarship for all ten months of the program.
Top Level Professors: the MBA faculty comprises professors coming from prestigious public & private universities (Harvard, Northwestern, INSEAD, IMD, Politecnico di Torino, St. Gallen, etc.), industry experts, consultants, and influential business leaders.
Solely Merit Based: less than 5-10% of the applicants go through our intensive assessment process every year, with applicants coming from top international companies and prestigious universities.
International: several classes are held together with fellows coming from CDI France & Germany.
MBA Diploma: the fellows who complete successfully the program will be awarded an international diploma.
