Operations Specialist

  Essential Job Functions:

  
  
  
  
  • Prepare documentation and carry out import/export operations (customs instructions, bookings with airlines, organizing collections with carriers, etc.).
  
  
  • Track shipments as necessary to ensure proper movement and delivery.
  
  
  • Handle client billing and validate supplier invoices.
  
  
  • Communicate with clients regarding shipment management (e.g., tracking, routing and clearance, and rate quotations).
  
  
  • Communicate and coordinate with other company branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service.
  
  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong computer skills at user level.

  Education and Experience:

  
  
  
  
  • High school diploma 
  
  
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  
  
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred.
  
  
  
  

         Salary range: Eur 27.000 - Eur 32.000
