JOB TITLE: Partnerships CLM Consultant
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Consultant Level I
UNIT/DIVISION: Partnerships Digital Solutions Unit (PPDPS), Public Partnerships Division (PPD) (Reports To: Head of PPDPS)
DUTY STATION (City, Country): Rome, Italy
DURATION: 3 months
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
In 2026, the Partnerships Digital Solutions Unit (PPDPS) in the Partnerships and Innovation (PI) department will roll out the new/reformed PI digital platforms: WFP's Salesforce CRM (Customer Reltionship Management) platform, and Docusign CLM (Contract Lifecycle management) tool, that integrates donor, forecast, contribution agreement and contribution data and processes. This position will work on key tasks of the CLM project, enabling the project to go-live successfully, esepcially ensuring agreement templates are built into the system.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with the Unit Manager, CLM lead, and TEC Project Manager to: Use expertise on CLM template preparation to prepare templates for configuration; lead the testing of templates independently and coordinate business stakeholders; and report issues to TEC for resolution.
2. Works with, and coordinates, business stakeholders to: Gather requirements; write user stories (needs); prioritize user stories to be planned in sprints; and liaise with TEC to plan sprints.
3. Provide support to Partnerships staff in accessing and using the Partnerships Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Docusign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems.
4. Responsible for creation, upload and sharing of guidance materials for using the CRM and CLM systems.
5. Other related duties as required.
DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT:
• Have provided effective and timely support to users of WFP's Salesforce CRM and Docusign CLM.
• Have provided timely and accurate support to the CLM project team.
• Have provided timely and accurate inputs to documents as required and helped prepare and draft documents, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Completion of university degree in a related topic.
Experience: Three or more years of experience working in roles that link technical work to business needs, and on digitalisation projects that improve business processes.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Good knowledge of standard office software packages. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills. Good attention to detail in order to identify data discrepancies.
• Uses tact and courtesy to give and receive information with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of standardised business support work routines and methods.
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow clear instructions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Docusign CLM
Languages:
Fluency (level C) in English language. Intermediate knowledge (level B) of another official language is desirable.
