Production Supervisor, Aligner

For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a:

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets and KPIs.


• Act as the designated safety supervisor in compliance with Italian Health & Safety regulations.


• Lead, organize, and supervise production activities, ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, equipment, and tools.


• Manage and develop the production team through effective communication, training, performance management, and employee engagement.


• Ensure compliance with work orders and product specifications.


• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively support related initiatives.


• Identify and report equipment issues, process improvements, and resource needs.


• Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian Chemical Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Industria Chimica), with a gross annual salary ranging from €33,000 to €40,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
