SALES ADVISOR (Man/Woman) - Fixed-term From Nov.26 to Fev.27

Position Overview

As a Sales Advisor at Fusalp, you play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You are responsible for welcoming customers, advising them on products based on their needs and preferences, and guiding them throughout their purchasing journey.

You have a strong knowledge of Fusalp products, as well as current fashion trends and customer needs.

You are able to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store and provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Fusalp Brand Ambassador

• Represent and communicate Fusalp’s values to customers and new team members.

• Welcome and advise both local and international customers.

• Build customer loyalty through retail sales and high-quality service.

• Deliver a memorable and personalized customer experience.

Contribute to the Day-to-Day Operations of the Store

• Support the visual merchandising of collections in line with brand standards.

• Ensure the smooth running of the store and maintain a high standard of presentation.

• Assist with daily operational tasks, including customer orders, goods receiving, labelling, stocktaking, inventory management, after-sales service, cash handling, store opening and closing, and store maintenance.

• Follow store security procedures to prevent theft and stock loss.

Be a Versatile and Results-Driven Sales Professional

• Monitor sales performance indicators in line with established targets.

• Take a proactive approach to marketing initiatives and in-store activations.

• Participate in brand training programmes.

• Stay active on the shop floor and proactively identify sales opportunities.

The scope of these responsibilities may evolve according to the company’s needs.

• Passionate about skiing, fashion and luxury, with a strong drive to exceed expectations, take on challenges and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• At least two years of experience in a premium or high-end retail environment.

• A strong commitment to service excellence and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience.

• Dynamic, versatile and highly attentive to performance and detail.

Employment Details

• Contract: Fixed-term contract from November 10th to February 23th, Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Languages: Fluent Italian and English required.
