Sales Controller (m/f/d)

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing sales data to support commercial decision-making and business development
• Preparing monthly reports and tracking various sales KPIs, such as deviations from budget, average selling price by product family, price variances, and volume variances
• Extracting and analyzing data from the company management system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP in the future, and SAC)
• Supporting sales managers, both in Italy and in foreign subsidiaries, through dedicated analyses aimed at monitoring sales performance
• Preparing the annual expense budget and monthly forecasts, both for Italy and for foreign subsidiaries
• Uploading monthly sales data into BPC, the consolidation tool
• Coordinating cost allocation in management accounting by cost center
• Monitoring and tracking Research and Development costs by individual project, preparing reporting for the VP R&D
• Controlling and ensuring compliance with expense and investment budgets, both for Italy and for the BU subsidiaries, analyzing variances against the budgets of the relevant cost centers
• Collaborating with the Accounting department to meet monthly closing deadlines
• Managing the SOX controls within their area of responsibility

• Degree in Economics or equivalent background
• Previous experience in a similar role of at least 3–5 years
• Fluent knowledge of English; French is considered a plus
• Availability for occasional business travel abroad
• Excellent command of Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good team-building skills

We offer direct hiring with an indicative gross annual salary range between €40,000 and €60,000, defined in compliance with transparency criteria and based on the candidate’s experience and level of skills acquired.
