Sales Controlling Business Partner

Your Tasks

The role supports the Sales Controlling Team (Mass Market), and takes full ownership

for the initiation, development and execution of agreed Sales and Distribution

strategies collaboratively within the Sales team. The candidate will be responsible

for controlling actions within the defined Customers and Sales Channels in the Italian

Mass Market portfolio of Beiersdorf.

The role will require frequent cooperation with Key Accounts and Sales Team Leaders

in terms of key process definition and execution.

Main Accountabilities

• Annual Business Planning and quarterly forecasting

• Support to the Sales team in the annual negotiation with the Key Customers

including support and participation in periodical meetings with them

• Month and year-end closing activities and reporting

• KPI reporting and analysis with focus on net sales, profitability and net sales

price monitoring by customer

• Profitability pre and post analysis of promotional initiatives

• Active involvement in decision making ad hoc promotional initiatives

• Monitor & discussion of daily sales and monthly target achievement

• Co-ordinate with European and Global Controlling team to roll out and monitor

Corporate procedures and initiatives

• Perform and/or monitor the internal audit recommended controls

• Daily support in decision making for business partners

Your Profile

We are looking for an open-minded professional with outstanding analytical skills,

as well as strong interpersonal skills and passion.

• Master Degree in Finance/Controlling

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling

• Strong Microsoft-office skills (Excel and Power-point)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conclusions and recommendations

• Flexibility

• Strong Communication skills

• Entrepreneurial attitude

• Italian mother tongue; English fluency is required

• Experience in a FMCG company

• Good knowledge of Power BI is a plus
