Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Job Location : Milano, Italy

· Act as the main contact between customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers, ensuring timely and accurate transaction information.

· Enter and monitor purchase, sales, and related data in the local IT system from order entry to completion.

· Handle phone inquiries professionally and support Product Managers with inventory monitoring.

· Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

· Support payment collection, credit limit control, and payment recovery when needed.

· Coordinate with logistics providers and accounting to ensure efficient processes.

· Share market insights and sales opportunities gathered through customer contact.

· Support the sales team with related tasks and business development activities.

· Manage inventory and logistics from suppliers´ plants to customers.

· Handle related administration, paperwork, filing, and main phone coverage.

· Provide back-up customer service support and assist with other assigned projects.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, international sales, export, or a related field, with 5–10 years of relevant B2B experience.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication, follow-up, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented, with a professional phone manner and strong MS Office skills; ERP experience, such as IFS, is a plus.

Fluent Italian and English are required; Spanish or French is a strong asset.

The position is based in our Milano office but may require very occasional domestic and international travels. Part-time home office work is possible. All genders are welcome.
