Descrizione Lavoro - Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Italy for Earthmoving Equipment

Drive sales and promotion of earthmoving equipment to achieve monthly and annual targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers for sales, marketing, and service support
Work with the technical team to provide training to dealers and customers
Maintain direct contact with key customers and major rental companies
Report on market trends, channel development, sales, and customer feedback

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in the construction equipment and earthmoving industry
Fluent in both Italian and English
Strong communication, coordination, market insight, and analytical skills
Willing to travel throughout Italy and occasionally abroad
