Job description

The selected candidate will join our concession at Rinascente, serving a sophisticated and international clientele.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing client relationships, coaching the team and ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve concession sales targets and drive commercial performance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients through CRM and clienteling.

• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team, supporting individual and team performance.

• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve business results.

• Ensure excellent Client Ceremony, product knowledge and brand representation.

• Support daily operations, including Visual Merchandising and stock management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, including experience in a leadership role.

• Strong passion for luxury and customer service.

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of CRM, Client Ceremony and luxury retail standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication and commercial skills.

Applicable Collective Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Commercio – II Level

Indicative salary range: Gross Annual Salary €40,000–€45,000 + MBO.
