About The Role

As Sales Manager Nutraceuticals at DKSH Italy, you will drive commercial growth by expanding market presence and building lasting partnerships. What You Will Deliver

• Drive business growth across new and existing Nutraceuticals market segments


• Deliver accurate forecasts that enable predictable revenue planning and target achievement


• Own sales performance within your portfolio, balancing growth ambitions with disciplined margin management


• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners


• Lead negotiations and close deals that create lasting value for all parties


• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to sharpen DKSH's competitive positioning


• Represent DKSH at key industry events, trade shows, and forums

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology), preferably Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field


• 3 years of sales experience working with a distributor or manufacturer within the nutraceuticals, food supplements, or food ingredients industry


• Strong understanding together with an established network in Italy within these industries is highly preferred


• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Results-driven mindset with excellent time-management capabilities


• Fluent in both English and Italian, written and spoken


• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and sales analytics tools
