Sales Representative – Logistics & Freight Forwarding | Genoa

We are currently supporting an international logistics and freight forwarding company in the search for a Sales Representative based in Genoa.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to develop their career in freight forwarding, logistics sales, and international trade.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new business and identify potential customers


• Manage customer meetings, sales calls and commercial presentations


• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations with Operations and Procurement


• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships


• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM activities


• Support customer onboarding and coordinate the handover to Operations


• Monitor market developments, customer requirements and freight rates


• Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade fairs

The profile:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, customer service or operations within logistics/freight forwarding


• Exposure to sea, air, road or multimodal transport is an advantage


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills


• Fluent Italian and English


• Organized, proactive and motivated to develop in a sales environment
