We are looking for an experienced professional to support the company growth in the AI space, instrumental in driving Hyntelo customers' success in Data science, Engineering and Business Intelligence / Analytics projects, always leveraging state-of-the-art AI capabilities.
In the role, you will have an opportunity to join a hyper-growth scale up that builds digital solutions to solve our clients business needs through the application of AI techniques to large and diverse sets of data.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, harnessing data and identifying the software solutions to provide real-world impact for our customers. If a solution is not existing yet, you will have the chance to craft new ones.
In this role, you will drive the recommendations to our clients to positively impact their businesses and enhance performance. You will work on complex and extremely varied business challenges from some of the world’s data-richest organizations in financial services and life sciences to solve real world problems.
You will work through our clients’ entire business process & data ecosystems to understand which business changes and data-driven insights and recommendations are required for our Customers to be leaders in their industry in the long term. This includes business impact analysis, benchmarking, process redesign, and applying data science to drive radical and not simply incremental performance optimization.
You will work with specialists in machine learning, data engineering and design who will complement your business consulting expertise in a unique manner.
Also, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and will have a unique opportunity to support Hyntelo's revenue growth.
In the mid term, based on your successful onboarding and performance, you might be asked to lead a team of junior business consultants and create Hyntelo unique methodology in that area.
- Identify and pursue business recommendations for Hyntelo Customers

- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth on existing clients and acquisition of new ones
- Guarantee exceptional delivery quality and customer satisfaction
- Design Hyntelo Business Consulting methodology and practices
- Lead in the mid term a team of Business Consultants
- Self-motivated, ambitious professional with an entrepreneurial mindset - you need to be motivated to create new things and driven by your and your organization's professional success
- Master's degree or PhD level in a relevant economics / STEM discipline such as computer science or engineering, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, management engineering
- 10+ years of working experience in highly ranked business consulting or tech service firms
- Thought leadership
- People leadership experience (e.g. managed project teams or direct reports)
- Proven understanding of advanced analytical, data science and statistical methods in the Business Context
- Client-facing skills (e.g. working in close-knit teams on topics such as data warehousing, machine learning)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a knack for explaining complex analytical concepts to people from other fields
- Proficiency in both English and Italian languages
The following qualifications will constitute a plus:
- Programming experience in languages such as Python or analogous
- Previous experience on Data Science & Data Engineering projects
- Vertical expertise in Financial Services and/or Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences on real world business problems
