Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (gn) - Italy

Join our team as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) and play a crucial role in building relationships with social media influencers, developing creative campaigns, and driving engagement with our target audience.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with content creators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign performance to optimize future strategies. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision


• Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention


• Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers


• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies


• Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels 


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing

Your Qualifications 

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition industry in Italy


• Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns


• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights


• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools


• Fluency in English and Italian
