To support our studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Senior Product Library coordinator. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Our Office in Milan

Department: Studio Production LuxE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40hrs per week, on-site)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: 

• Support the logistics team in all studio-related operations and workflows
• Plan, create, and manage detailed production lists for daily ecom shoots
• Coordinate and organize pre-shoot activities with internal teams and external brand partners
• Ensure timely movement, preparation, and availability of products for studio use
• Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Collaborate closely with production, styling, and creative teams to ensure seamless shoot execution

The type of person we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior logistics or operations role, ideally within a studio, retail, or production environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory
