YAM112003 is looking for a Senior Strategist (B2B) to support the unit dedicated to Business & Corporate communication, working with clients in Italy and internationally. B2B communication requires more than marketing expertise: it demands a real understanding of how companies work, their business model, trade and sales dynamics, organization and decision-making processes. The Senior Strategist (B2B) combines this business mindset with a strong hands-on attitude: a senior professional who designs communication strategies, and then brings them to life across digital and traditional channels, shaping content and marketing mix, defining media strategies and KPIs, analyzing data. The role works in close contact with clients, acting as their strategic reference point, and alongside the agency’s strategy and creative teams, bringing a distinctive business-driven perspective into projects and pitches.

Responsibilities



  • Design B2B communication strategies, from business and market analysis to strategic recommendation and execution

  • Define content strategies and marketing mix across channels, working with creative teams, content editors, and social media managers

  • Develop media strategies, set advertising KPIs, and monitor, analyze and report campaign performances and results

  • Monitor digital channels and tracking & conversion platforms, with a focus on lower-funnel activities, lead generation and sales support

  • Understand each client’s business model, market scenario, competitive landscape, trade and sales dynamics

  • Manage day-by-day client relationships and build trusted relations with senior and C-level stakeholders

  • Support new business development, contributing to proposals and pitches for B2B prospects

  • Monitor trends, platforms and tools relevant to B2B marketing (digital platforms, marketing automation, social selling, CRM ecosystems, etc.).

Requirements



  • 6-8 years of proven experience in B2B marketing and communication in agencies or on the client side

  • Hands-on experience in planning and managing digital content, channels and campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of media strategy, advertising KPIs and data analysis, with confidence in the main analytics and reporting tools

  • Experience with tracking and conversion platforms (analytics, tag management, conversion measurement)

  • General knowledge of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems (Salesforce & co.)

  • Understanding of business fundamentals: business models, go-to-market, trade and sales processes

  • Very good English

  • Senior standing with a doer attitude: comfortable advising C-levels and equally comfortable getting hands dirty on execution

  • Well organized and cool under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients

  • Proactivity, flexibility and operational autonomy

  • Genuine curiosity for how businesses work

  • Team spirit: ability to collaborate with the strategy and creative teams.



Salary Package
