About the location:

About the role

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences to our Guests through personalized treatments, genuine care, and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include performing a variety of spa treatments in accordance with established protocols, creating a calm and welcoming environment, understanding Guests’ preferences and wellness goals, anticipating their needs, and ensuring each interaction is tailored, attentive, and memorable. You will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence, while creating distinctive and meaningful experiences for our Guests.

What you will do

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massages, body treatments, and beauty services according to established standards and protocols, ensuring consistency, quality, and personalization in every service.

• Conduct professional consultations with Guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any contraindications, providing thoughtful recommendations on treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.

• Anticipate Guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to requests or concerns.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and communicate effectively with the Spa team to ensure seamless Guest experiences

• Support the overall Spa operation, including set-up and breakdown of treatment areas, replenishment of supplies, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What you bring

• Professional certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification.

• At least three years of experience in luxury spas, wellness resorts, or high-end hospitality environments, preferably in a similar position. International experience would represent an asset.

• You should have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and bring your personal touch, warmth, and energy to our Guest experiences.

• Knowledge of wellness treatments, anatomy, skincare products, and spa protocols.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian.

• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position

• The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
