Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is recruiting for a Spare Parts Manager (Automotive) on behalf of one of their blue chip international clients to join their organisation in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
Order management: Sign after-sales parts sales contracts with dealers in various markets or regions, manage parts purchase orders and sales orders, and formulate parts business policies;
Spare parts warehousing and inventory management: planning spare parts logistics mode, determining spare parts warehousing plan and completing bidding and warehouse preparation, designing spare parts management system process; Parts stocktake management;
Parts logistics management: Cooperate with brokers to carry out parts import and export customs clearance and declaration, from port to parts warehouse transportation and related import and export operation processes;
Spare parts planning management: spare parts inventory analysis and ordering plan management, back order monitoring, and building a reasonable supply cycle and transportation cycle with the HQ. Develop reasonable spare parts inventory, ensure spare parts supply rate and inventory turnover rate, and formulate measures for the management and disposal of dead stock;
Parts discrepancy management: responsible for all kinds of claims caused by the quality and transportation of parts with HQ or dealers;
P&A pricing management: price research and formulation of pricing strategy, complete pricing, competitiveness analysis and price adjustment;
Export certification: Responsible for the identification and preparation of various kinds of certification for the import of spare parts in the European market, organizing the delivery requirements of chemicals and dangerous goods, and completing the establishment of customs database;
Master data management of spare parts: Complete the master data improvement of spare parts before the launch of various models, and make new changes to spare parts;
Accessories: quality accessories development and bidding;
Business policy: Formulate business policy of parts sales, and achieve sales targets.
Experience/Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Italian required;
6-10 years experience in the same position at an OEM or distributor for mainstream vehicle brands in the European market.
