Specialist (m/f/d) Application Management

Your Tasks:

• Actively contribute to the modernization of our core application landscape by replacing legacy systems and implementing a new core banking system


• Capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and system requirements


• Collaborate with business units to prioritize initiatives and provide end-to-end support from concept to implementation, including ensuring stable, audit-compliant operations


• Configuration of applications, including parameterization of product and condition logic for financing and leasing products


• Coordination of external software partners and ensuring functionally accurate, timely, and high-quality implementation


• Support for releases, testing, and functional acceptance, as well as the continuous identification and implementation of optimization opportunities

Your Profile:

• A degree or vocational training in computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field


• Several years of experience in application management, requirements engineering, product ownership, business analysis, or IT projects


• Strength in structuring and prioritizing business requirements and translating them into actionable system and configuration requirements


• Ideally, knowledge of financial services, leasing, core banking systems, or regulated IT environments


• Experience collaborating with business units and IT teams, as well as external service providers and software vendors


• Motivation to replace legacy systems and actively help shape modern applications


• Fluency in German and English
