Sponsorship Specialist – Football

What you will do

We are looking for a Sponsorship Specialist – Football to join our Sport Sponsorship team and contribute to strengthening Haier’s brand presence and engagement across all markets. 
The role will be responsible for executing the brand strategy within the football ecosystem, developing impactful sponsorship activations, and ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all communications and consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Haier’s sponsorship strategy within football, ensuring alignment with global and local brand objectives.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with football partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and execute activation plans that maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement both on and off the field.

• Coordinate with marketing, PR, digital, and trade teams to ensure integrated communication and activation across all channels.

• Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance through defined KPIs, reporting results and insights to enhance future initiatives.

• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all sponsorship materials, experiences, and touchpoints.

• Stay updated on trends, opportunities, and innovations within the sports marketing and football landscape.

What you need to succeed

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Previous Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or brand partnerships, ideally within the football industry.

• Previous experience maturated in sponsorship activations and partner relationships.

• Good understanding of brand strategy and marketing integration.

Soft Skills:

• Very good communication and project management skills.

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for football and deep knowledge of the sport ecosystem.

Languages: Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
