JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Manager for our Castel Romano store, leading a team of approximately 18 employees in a dynamic and highly visible retail environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing customer engagement, people leadership and operational excellence. From the sales floor to the stockroom, you will shape exceptional experiences for customers and employees alike while driving commercial performance and fostering a positive, high-performing culture. At Burberry, the Store Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life every day through service, craftsmanship and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, inspire and develop a team of approximately 18 employees, creating an inclusive and engaging environment where people can thrive.

Own the employee experience, driving engagement, capability and a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships and strengthening loyalty to the Burberry brand.

Take a hands-on approach across both front of house and back of house operations, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the store.

Drive commercial performance through effective planning, operational discipline and a clear focus on business priorities.

Champion high standards across service, visual presentation, stock management, compliance and daily store operations.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Proven leadership experience within a customer-focused retail environment.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.

Confident operating across both customer-facing and operational areas of the business.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate opportunities into results.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and people-centred approach.

Adaptable, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
