We are hiring a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Serravalle Outlet on an initial 5-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to extend. Reporting into the store leadership team, you will play a key role in leading daily floor operations, supporting a team of approximately six sales associates while contributing to the success of a wider store population of around 40 employees. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance and providing real-time coaching that brings the Burberry Experience to life on the sales floor. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys developing talent through everyday leadership.

Lead the day-to-day supervision of a team of approximately six sales associates, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Drive sales performance by monitoring floor activity, identifying opportunities and supporting the team to achieve store goals.

Provide ongoing in-the-moment coaching and feedback to strengthen product knowledge, selling behaviours and client engagement.

Collaborate closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of standards.

Act as a role model for the Burberry Experience, championing service, luxury retail excellence and brand values.

Support team engagement, productivity and development while helping maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.

Experience in a supervisory, team leader or retail management role within a premium or luxury retail environment

Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

Passion for delivering premium customer experiences and building long-term client relationships.

Commercial awareness with confidence in driving sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the store.

Adaptable, organised and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
