Purpose of Position:

Support colleagues in the Supply Chain area mainly in the call-off process contributing to process optimization.

• Reordering (calling off) of raw materials and packaging, and managing inbound transport.
• Reordering (calling off) third-party products and managing transport.
• Liaising with purchasing, sales, production, and quality departments.
• Managing stock operations related to the rotation of raw materials and packaging.
• Managing KPIs and preparing monthly reports.

• Education: Degree in economics or management engineering.
• Professional Skills: Presentation, analysis and KPI planning.
• Experiences: 2-3 years of experience in the planning field.
• Language Skills: English proficiency, second language preferably.
• Computer Skills: MS Office (especially Excel).
• Behavioral requirements: stress management, Relational skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving aptitude.
