Technical Operations Laboratory Technician

The role reports to Pilot Plant and Lab Supervisor and is based in Pomezia Santa Palomba (Rome)

What you will do

• Support the activities executed in the Pomezia Laboratory and Pilot Plant for Liquids and engineered products.
• Conduct and document laboratory experiments (Laboratory / Pilo Batch Mixing) with accuracy, attention to detail, and a focus on clarity and reproducibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment, process, and technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable enhancements.
• Autonomous organization to respect due date / project timelines
• Raw Materials Management

• What we are looking for

  Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with strong foundational knowledge in laboratory techniques and safety.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance, GMP and quality
• Organizational skills
• Effective communication skills to document and report experimental results clearly.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a research team environment.
• English: Fluent, written and spoken
• Office: Fluent in Word/Excel/Power Point
• 1 or 2 years of experience as Lab technician is preferred.
