Bring your curiosity to work as our next Service Technician. You will be part of our Service team, reporting to the Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and operational efficiency of Atlas Copco equipment at customer sites. You will play a key role in delivering world-class service by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair activities while building strong customer relationships. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors, vacuum equipment, air treatment systems, and related products.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and implement effective solutions.
• Install, commission, and test new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify sales opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and additional products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Technical diploma or qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, or technical support roles.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and service manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of English is considered an advantage.

Starting salary within the relevant salary range: 28.000,00€
The actual salary offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility, and the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
This position is based at our Product Company in Paderno Dugnano, Italy (IT). Standard shifts are 8 hours, with rotating day/night schedules. Shift work may include nights or weekends.
