Administrative INTERN - The Lake Como EDITION - Season 2026

POSITION SUMMARY

You will learn first-hand about a hotel's operations. Our Hotel Internship Program allows you to truly experience the industry from the ground up, where our founders and many of our leaders began. You will get immersed in Marriott's culture and business and find your true calling in the hospitality industry.

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in administrative operations, supporting various departments with organizational, reporting, and coordination activities while contributing to the efficient day-to-day functioning of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative tasks and ensure accurate record keeping across departments


• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation


• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and departmental communications


• Maintain and update databases, files, and operational records


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards


• Uphold Marriott's values and professional standards in all interactions

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• €800-900 monthly expense reimbursement
