Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nYou take part in creating the future of semiconductor industry in a brand new 300mm fully automatized fab. You will be the talent who will enable the following activities:\n\n * Drive all actions to improve the performance about quality and reliability of the technologies diffused in the 300mm fab located in Agrate. This, according to customer requirements, programs and business roadmap\n * Provide feedbacks and drive directions in order to increase the manufacturing efficiency\n * Support all the projects related yield enhancement, cost reduction programs allowing the company to be competitive in the semiconductor market\n * Share know-how and expertise of the group, promoting best practices among different organizations and sites, taking advantage of Lean principles based on simplification and standardization approach\n\n\n\nThese targets can be achieved through:\n\n * a proper management of existing production volumes in ramp up phase or steady state phase\n * increase products yield through the executing of process trials\n * increase fab capability by tool qualification\n * guarantee the cycle time target\n * plan and follow-up of tasks, clearly identifying ownership, priorities and timeline according to production and development needs\n * relentless activation of analytical investigations of root cause and yield detractors for all the products upon the production technology platforms\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\nRequested degree: \n\n * Physicist\n * Chemical\n * Material science\n * Engineering degree: material and nanotechnologies, chemical, physics, energetic\n\n\n\nSoftware Skills: \n\n * Good approach to programming (scripting and/or other programming languages)\n * Good approach to data analysis\n\n\n\nOther Skills: \n\n * Good attitude to teamwork\n * Fluent English\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
