Guest Experience Intern | season 2027 | Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel

At Grand Hotel Timeo a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Guest Experience Intern, who will support our team in designing, coordinating, and executing extraordinary on-property experiences and bespoke activities for our discerning guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate on-property guest experiences, managing the daily logistics, timing, and flawless execution of in-hotel activities and events.
• Liaise with local partners and premium vendors, handling bookings, verification of services, and administrative follow-ups to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Manage the guest gifting process, selecting, arranging, and setting up bespoke welcome amenities, anniversary surprises, and personalized in-room touches.
• Anticipate guest desires and customize itineraries, collaborating with internal departments to tailor active animations and exclusive experiences inside the property.
• Maintain complete accuracy in tracking experience bookings, feedback, and guest preferences within the internal systems.

What You Bring

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Tourism degree program.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong logistical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• A natural flair for creativity and high attention to detail, especially in lifestyle setups and luxury gifting presentation.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy abilities, comfortable dealing with premium external suppliers and international guests.
• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is highly preferred.
