About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Housekeeping Department.

As a Housekeeping Intern you will

Gain valuable knowledge about housekeeping policies and procedures, learn about how to address different types of guests’ requests, assist housekeeping teams with delivering the highest levels of service excellence. You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to deal with different guest requests and guest room servicing needs , welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures.

What you bring

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences

• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking approach

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from September 2026. All candidates must possess legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
