DRIVE YOUR FUTURE Join our Italy Consumer Marketing Team and dive into a dynamic and stimulating environment. From day one, you will be actively involved in consumer-focused marketing initiatives, contributing to both operational and project-based activities within the Marketing department. This experience will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to Consumer Marketing, CRM, and Trade Marketing, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, supporting the execution and monitoring of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving business results.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of your journey and under the guidance of your dedicated tutor, you will:

· Monitor and analyze the performance of consumer promotions and loyalty initiatives

· Support the development of communication materials (ATL and BTL)

· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities

· Contribute to the coordination and management of marketing projects

· Work closely with the sales team, gaining exposure to field activities and commercial dynamics

· Support CRM activities, including editorial plan definition and campaign execution

· Analyze campaign performance and track key KPIs, preparing reports and presentations

· Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

· Support Trade Marketing activities, including monitoring in-store visibility and promotional programs, and contributing to B2B incentive initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.

· Language: fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.

· Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.

· Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities. Passion for automotive industry would be a plus.
