WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

As an intern in the Industrial Engineering team, you will gain experience in a dynamic and international environment, working on manufacturing and efficiency challenges. During your internship, you will:

· Deepen your understanding of work analysis methodologies, including time and method studies and workload calculation

· Support in the monitoring and analysis of working hours across different factories, helping to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or optimization opportunities

· Support the definition of workforce requirements by considering all relevant manufacturing variables

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regional teams, plant, and other stakeholders) in benchmarking activities

· Assist the Engineering team in preparing business cases to support the rollout of automation projects

· Help spread the adoption of standard methodologies across plants, such as OEE and Worked Hours calculation

· Contribute to plant improvement initiatives by conducting cost/benefit analyses to support productivity increases and cost-reduction actions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar.

· Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).

· Strong interest in work organization, process analysis and operational efficiency.

· Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc)

· Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc..)

· Good command of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, basic macros is a plus).
