DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Tax team and will be trained to support the company managing its international indirect tax planning across multiple countries as well as tax risk management. This internship offers hands-on experience in providing:

• advisory to the top management to find the best solutions and take business choices consciously of threats and opportunities related to the tax field.


• support in the activities related to the management, developement and monitoring of the integrated system of detection, measurement and control of tax risk (so-called “Tax Control Framework or TCF”).

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in: 

• Operational support in the analysis, implementation, and monitoring of the Group’s logistics flows for VAT and customs purposes, including the collection, review, and validation of relevant documentation;


• Collaboration in the preparation and management of customs procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and internal control frameworks;


• Support in the registration, coordination, and ongoing management of foreign VAT positions;


• Assistance to the International Tax team in addressing VAT- and customs-related matters, as well as support in international tax projects with a cross-border focus;


• Support in carrying out the “test of design (ToD)” and “test of effectiveness (ToE)” provided for in the annual control plan of the Italian entities that have adopted the TCF.


• Support in updating the business processes mapped in the “Risks and control matrices” for the purposes of tax risk assessment and control.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in a legal-economic subject, preferably with a focus on taxation.


• Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1)


• Detail oriented with excellent written communication skills
