The candidate will be joining the Market Insight, Pricing and Demand Planning team in the Marketing Department and will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Starting from day one, under the tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with Market Share and market trend analysis. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
During the internship, you will work alongside your tutor and the team on the following activities:

• Supporting the preparation and submission of sales declarations in compliance with internal guidelines


• Support the collection and consolidation of market trend estimates from Regions and markets


• Collaboration with other functions (Market intelligence, Demand Planning) to elaborate a consistent and reliable market trend estimation


• Preparing and delivering business KPI reports


• Monitoring and analyzing market trends aiming to identify key patterns and business drivers


• Contributing to the production of reports aimed at monitoring the market share over the time;


• Supporting the preparation of materials and insights for the Top Management, contributing to reports and communications addressed to external stakeholders


• Analysis of Sell-In and Sell-Out market share, monitoring market trends, performance and competitive dynamics


• Monitoring competitors’ performance over the time to identify risk and opportunities for the business


• Preparing monthly reports to support management decision-making

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Marketing / Economics / Management Engineering;


• Native Italian or English, Fluent Business English or Italian;


• Knowledge of Ms Office suite (esp. Ms. Excel);


• Commercial acumen with an interest in numbers;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Detail oriented, team player with a proactive results orientation;


• Demonstrable high-end analytical and numeric skills.
