WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of your journey and under the guidance of your dedicated tutor, you will:

· Develop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives

· Support the commercial team by helping them understand and implement marketing levers, with the aim of maximizing impact and business results.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities.

· Use digital tools to manage data and extract meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and prepare detailed presentations for management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.

· Language: fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.

· Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.

· Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities. Passion for automotive industry would be a plus.
