DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Risk Management function and will focus on worldwide risk assessment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in: 

• Supporting the Group Risk Management function in the periodic execution of worldwide risk assessment activities, including in particular:
  
  
  
  • the Annual Operational Risk Assessment, encompassing the monitoring and reporting of the risk register and ongoing mitigation and remediation action plans;
  
  
  • the Climate Change Risk Assessment, aimed at identifying and assessing climate-related risks and opportunities in alignment with the Group’s sustainability objectives and international best practices.
  
  
  
  


• Supporting periodic updates of the Group Business Continuity framework, including the execution of Business Impact Analyses (BIA), as well as the monitoring and updating of business continuity strategies and related Business Continuity Plan documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics


• Basic knowledge of ESG, Sustainability and Business Continuity topics


• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular focus on MS Excel


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Fluency in Italian and English
