YOUR ROLE

As an Intern, you will be part of the IT Department at Philip Morris Italia in Rome.

Join our Information Technology team and become part of a group where you can bring new ideas and learn about processes and solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support the collection, analysis, and translation of business requirements into effective digital solutions across Consumer and Commercial domains.

- Support the design of end-to-end solution architectures, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant IT solutions aligned with PMI technology standards and strategic roadmaps. 

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to evaluate solution options, prepare architecture artifacts, and support governance reviews and design discussions with Digital & IT stakeholders.

- Contribute to the definition and documentation of system integration flows, ensuring seamless connectivity between applications, platforms, and enterprise services while maintaining architectural consistency.

- Contribute to and manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous delivery, adaptability, and focus on business outcomes.

- Identify the opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and unlock value through emerging technologies and digital capabilities.

- Proactively explore innovative solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and the broader digital ecosystem to address business challenges.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that create measurable impact.

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

- University degree in STEM

- IT background

- Strong analytical skills

- Problem-solving attitude and customer orientation

- Fluency in English and Italian

- Knowledge of project management

REWARDS & BENEFITS 
We offer an internship of 6 months length, full time.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
