Product Marketing Intern – QA & MT

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will join the Quality Assurance (QA) and Manual Tightening (MT) team and gain hands-on exposure to product marketing in a truly international environment.

This internship is designed to give you a solid foundation in Product Marketing through guided learning, cross‑functional collaboration, and real project involvement.

What You Will Learn

• How global product portfolios are structured and managed


• How to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes


• How new product ideas become business cases and product requirements


• How marketing materials, product launches, and go-to-market plans are developed


• How to collaborate with R&D, Marketing Communications, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Centers


• How leading manufacturers in Automotive, Aerospace, and General Industry operate

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Market Insights

• Support market trend analysis and customer feedback collection


• Assist in competitor research and data consolidation


• Participate in discussions related to product requirements

2. Portfolio & Launch Support

• Help organize product documentation and lifecycle material


• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content)


• Support launch preparation activities under the guidance of the Product Manager

3. Business Development & Customer Collaboration

• Provide support to Customer Centers worldwide with product information


• Assist in preparing training materials and internal workshops


• Join meetings with international customers together with senior colleagues

4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:




• Marketing Communications on campaigns


• R&D teams on product insights


• Quality Tech Center on customer applications


• Logistics/Sourcing on availability and forecasting

To succeed, you will need

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or studies in engineering, marketing, or business


• Curiosity and willingness to learn about products and customers


• Solid understanding of basic marketing principles


• Fluent English


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• PC proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Power BI as a plus)


• Availability to travel occasionally


• Familiarity with the use of AI

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Paderno Dugnano, Italy.
